Mortgage Scams: Don't Let This Happen To You

Please note that I am a Realtor and NOT a Mortgage Professional. As a result, I seldom get into the subject of finance when blogging with the exception of buyers needing their pre-approval before heading out to shop for a home. I simply leave the finance side to the Mortgage Professionals. Additionally, I know many really fine Mortgage Professionals that my clients have worked with through the years. 

Having stated the obvious, I couldn't help but note an email this morning that directed me to a very good post about Mortgage Scams.

The post covers people that are upside down in their Mortgage, perhaps facing a Short Sale and/or Foreclosure.
